  Two SPOILED CATS,

Angel Sammy and Teddy find such inspiring photos for us

Here is today's inspiration

She stands on Hatteras Island in the coastal City of Rodanthe, NC

Her tale is told in ebbs and tides of the Sea.

So grand was she, in 2008 Hollywood made her the star of

Nights of Rodanthe

For years and years she weather coast storms she stood proud and tall**

The views from all her windows were breathtaking...

Til one day the sand and dunes where she stood

were covered under the Atlantic for good.  

**This is the home on Hatteras Island.   I think it is the same home in our  photo inspiration minus the blue awnings.

Rodanthe is an unincorporated community and census-designated place located in Dare County, North Carolina, United States, on Hatteras Island, part of North Carolina's Outer Banks. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 261. Rodanthe, along with Waves and Salvo, are part of the settlement of Chicamacomico.
